Mel Kiper Jr: Buffalo Bills will trade up for a wide receiver in NFL Draft
Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

Of all teams that are centered around trade rumors in the NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills are near the top of the list.

Buffalo needs a No. 1 receiver after trading Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans. At pick No. 28 in the draft, the pickings will be slim by the time they are on the clock.

ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. agrees with that sentiment, and says the predicts that the Bills will make a move to get a receiver.

"Are the Bills really going to say at No. 28 and let the wide receiver board shake out in front of them? I don't see it," Kiper writes. "They have to get an early contributor to help Josh Allen. i wonder if they'd make a move into the late teens for Brian Thomas Jr. (LSU), who might be their No. 1 wideout as a rookie. I just don't think they can afford to wait it out. Buffalo has two fourth-round picks and three fifth-rounders to use in deals."

A trade up in the draft is certainly in the cards for the Bills. They have 11 total picks in this draft to use as ammunition to move up.
